Alex has really been through a journey in the house
 

When Alex went into the CBB house he was hated and even most of the HMs have said they thought they wouldn't like him or get along with him - but now they say that Alex is one of the nicest guys they have met, that he makes them laugh and he is easy to get along with!

When Alex when in and on programmes like BBBM it was debated how long Alex could take Vinnie's bad attitude towards him with the Vinnies relentless nagging in the first week and a half, but Alex rose above it, took it, laughed it off and Vinnie had to admit he had been wrong about Alex.

Then Alex and Stephen got chatting and we saw how Alex may not be that clever but he genuinely cares about himself as a person and how Alex can grow emotionally and as a person. Also, not just with Stephen - every time anyone in the house wanted to give advice to Alex he listened with respect, acknowledging that he probably doesn't know as much about what they were talking about as they do. Alex is ready to listen and learn from others.

And Alex has given us some of the best funniest moments of CBB!

When the HMs threw cold water over Alex in the shower. - Alex laughed and took that really well. (Alex can take a joke!)

When BB turned off the hot water and Alex showered using cold water only - those noises were hilarious!

Alex has really entertained us and has made us laugh - many best moments!

Most other HMs have gone in there, sat there, and will go out the same as they went in. But Alex has truly grown by his BB experience.

And Alex has simply entertained us the most!

My opinion has changed of him, i think hes a nice guy that just has abit of trouble knowing when to shut up. If he wins i hope it will be a good confidence boost for him :)

I agree with all of that.

Shame he's going to ruin it all by going straight back to Katie when he gets out.

Alex is still my least favorite housemate, and he is incredibly self centered. he doesnt stop talking about himself and what the press thinks of him and he has grown in the house and yada yada yada. i hardly heard him asking anyone any questons or talkin abou tanything else but himself. he hasnt made an effort to get to know anyone, esp the girls (save for maybe nicola in the last week). He is obsessed with hsi body and strength and exercised so much I began to sweat. I reall dont like him. He's not bright, he's stupid and silly. He speaks so unclearly sometimes I want him to blow his nose and speak clearly.

HOWEVER - he did provide for a lot of the comedy, he keeps calling out Vinnie and shockingly Vinnie is not upset at him but jibes him back, he takes all jibes good naturedly and never got insulted or tried to defy any rules. He also never talked about anyone behind their backs. he's a team player and fun loving and if he wins it's well deserved, honestly.

But I still dotn like him.

Hopefully Alex will continue his journey - through the door, down the stairs, into the clutches of the botoxed horror, and ultimately into obscurity once his 15mins of fame are up!:pat:

his association with kp is what may count against him in the end. there was a shock winner (certainly in the view of many) last year. i am sure alex is not the dead cert he is being made out to be.

Think you've missed the point - if he hasn't changed a bit then he hasn't been on a "journey":hugesmile:

couldnt agree more, he has been a perfect gentleman. Everyone is going on about him being a bit dim.However Vinnie shows a much greater lack of education in belitting other people.
