I want one, where do you get them from? I can't see anything on Last.Fm about them.

The website that they're from is in Russian, but if you just right-click one of the bars, copy the URL and replace the Last.fm username with your own, that'll work.

Yep. iTunes, Winamp, WMP. You can even scrobble from your iPod I think. It's a really awesome website.
