C4 email I recieved after praising CBB7
 

This is what I posted to them last night:

I would like to say that I have thought that this Celebrity Big BrotherSeries has been brilliant. It is by far the best series in the last 3 years.It has had me hooked. I have loved the twists and the celebrities have beenan utter joy to watch. I also have noticed that ratings have increased forthis series and I think rightfully so. I am very very saddened that this isthe final Celebrity version, and i will be very sad when Big Brothergenerally finished in September after BB11. However, I would appreciate thatthe final ever series should have 24/7 Live Feed as it would be brilliant toenjoy the last series to the maximum possibility. To conclude, I would liketo add that Im both excited and saddened by tonights last ever Celebrity BBshow. It will not be the same without it on our screen.

And this is the email i got back:

The first line was actually individually sent! :shocked: because they commented that they were pleased that i thought it was the best in 3 years, but the rest was a generic reply.
My LF issue is being "addressed" apparently... lol

Don't bother with viewer enquiries.

Sent a email in too, got a reply today it seems like it was sent by a computer and not by a real person.

Reply was somthing like:

'Were glad to hear you enjoyed Celebrity Big Brother 2010, And that you are looking forward to the Summer Series. Your coments are important to us.'

Is that a email address to send a email direct to A Channel 4 Head and not a stupid little computer that has a automatic reply system?

That's cool. This years CBB was great but I hope if it goes to another channel they get some bigger names or at least some entertaining celebrities like Torrie Wilson or Tila Tequila. Hope they do fix the live feed problem too.

The live feed is what they make of it, it doesn't need fixing, it should be left alone. End of discussion. But they keep putting crap over the original soundtrack and that's not on.
