I dont live in England, I dont wtch TV or read tabloids. Can someone explain to me in plain english what the furor is over Katie Price, why the public hates her so much? and why is she called Jordan? i checked her wikipedia entry and was suprised to see that she's Jewish, like me, so I guess we're sistas.

To be honest it's like Big Brother, If the girl is pretty then she gets booed on the way into the house, and we all the know that the first person to be evicted is always a female. In that case when they split up they just quickly went into the case that Jordan was the one that caused it and that the public thought that because she was the female it was all her fault.

She became semi-famous for being a page 3 model with big boobs.
She then went into "Im a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here" and started a relationship with Peter Andre, making them both famous.
They had 2 children, Junior and Princess.
They had their own reality shows on ITV2 such as "Katie and Peter: The Next Chapter" where the camera's basicly followed their every move.
When they decided to divorce, Katie sold "her exclusive story" to every magazine and TV show she possibly could, turning the public against her.
Most people went on the side of "Team Andre"
She quickly got a new boyfriend, Alex Reid - everybody felt sorry for Peter.

Peter Andre dumped her because he didn't need a BEARD anymore.

What's Peter's side of the story? I watched some of her interviews on youtube, with piers morgan and the reality camera thingy she did, and admittedly she doesnt seem to be bad at all!!! She was far more famous than Peter at the time of IAC - if he hadn't have got together with her - he wouldn't have a 'second' career - not that that will really go very far - he simply isn't good enough! He has made a lot of money out of her, and a lot of free publicity!

the funny thing is that they first met via facebook! so I went on facebook and tried to find Alex Reid but there were 500 alex reids :D. how did she know which was the real one? LOL!

She doesn't have any talent - agreed! But, nevertheless, she has made herself famous with her boobs, her life story and umpteen other things. And lets not forget shall we - that men made her famous in the first place by salivating over her enormous breasts - and paying money to do so! Is there something wrong with you? I didn't give her that nickname, it's been around for ages, and for very obvious reasons. I use it because it's apt and suits her so well. Perhaps when you've grown up a bit you might know WHY she is called Krusty and it's got sod all to do with the Simpsons:xyxwave:
