I am NOT happy cause right, today I went into town after school, to get a new skirt for school and it cost 12 pounds. So i went to pay for it, I gave the girl working there a ten pound note and 2 pound coins, and then she dropped one, **** knows where it went and then like 4 people were looking for it and they couldnt find it so she tells me i have to give them another pound or keep looking for it! So I said I will keep looking for it and it was no where! Seriously though! I had to 13 pounds for a 12 pound skirt!

Its not fair is it? I wish I had complained more. She is the one who dropped it so it was basically the shops fault.

well if it can't be found, and you've looked for it there's nothing more that can be done so yes it is fair.

No, Nina handed over the £12. It was the cashier's responsibility to put that money into the till. Instead she dropped one of the coins. That should've been money out of her own pocket. I'd complain to the manager.

I know I really wish i had now. I am so mad i didnt so anything else about it.
