Like I have to believe that you are over 13...unless you admit otherwise, though I suspect you are really 7 or so by some of your posts.

It's the fact she/he said they were 12, explicitly in a post. If they had said they were 11, then it'd be a year and three week long ban; and if they were "joking", then they're an idiot for saying it in the first place. Seems fair to me!
