Adrian Chiles 'angry' at being removed from Friday's One Show
 

Adrian Chiles, one half of BBC1's One Show, might be dropped from the live Friday show in favour of DJ Chris Evans.

A spokesman said: 'The BBC want to add variety to the programme and that means swapping round the presenters. Evans is big news now he has Terry Wogan's former Radio 2 slot. The Beeb are eager to sign him for the Friday show, working alongside Christine Bleakley.'

But Chiles, 42, is said to be hopping mad at the news.

The spokesman added: 'Adrian sees The One Show as his and Christine's, and doesn't like the idea of it being nicked from under his eyes.'

Seems a bit unfair to replace him and not Christine. I like the idea but give two new presenters instead of switcheroo.

Fair point. Give Christine Monday off. :)
