Mysterious Phonecalls and Texts
 
I just had a missed call from a number that begind with 0023... i know that Italy is 0039 as my Mums there at the moment, so 0023 must be close.

then when i text "who is this?" the person replied "better by name".

What the hell... who do you think it is, must be international!
