It first went out
on BBC Inside Out regional North West.
Then he went on BBC Breakfast National news.

He put a pillow over his lover who was in hospital in pain with Aids.

He is a fool
now talking Live on SkyNews,
from a Nottingham Pub , outside it.

Kay Burley told him
he has broken the law.

The BBC need to sack him.
The Police are now looking into this.

Sounds like something done out of compassion - not malice! Maybe he was begged by his partner to do so - although how anyone could ask a loved one to do that - knowing the potential consequences for them is beyond me!

killing is killing. he has No right to be God.

WOMBAI 16-02-2010 02:11 PM

But someone has the right to decide if they want to end their own life - and if they ask someone to end it for them, because they can't - that is their choice! It could be argued that those that carry out such a request, do so at great risk to themselves - and therefore show enormous compassion and selflessness!

Compassion 'mercy killing' they say?
Well I wonder what the murder victim has to say about that?
Oh right.. he killed him.

One of the reasons we have murder trials is to try and determine these things. You don't get to commit homicide and later tell people it doesn't need to be investigated.. after all you are a reporter so... just believe me.

My guess is.. he was getting older and really wanted to sodomize as many young men as possible. Get high and slutty in the gay clubs or whatever the scene.
This guy was holding him back.
Sure.. he was getting almost saint-like glorious status from 'helping his dying lover' and got a lot out of that,
but,
All that back patting, high status, praises was also why he could not do other guys.
He wanted his partner dead.
Collect on it.
Get it over with.
Then get to those drug parties and reckless sex.

Maybe?
Cops have these 'instincts' right off the top. a 'hunch'. the gut feeling.

You would hope I was on the jury if you were the murdered mans parents or family and friends,
but,
Actually police do have to investigate that possibility. They will also investigate his claim it was an act of desperate 'mercy killing' to.

I'd be worried about you investigating crimes and accepting his story because you feel he is gay and cannot be wrong.
Or would you?

I don't think that - but I think that everything points to it being a mercy killing. Of course it would have to be investigated - but I think my view is far more likely than yours!

Crimson Dynamo 16-02-2010 03:07 PM

"he was not my partner he was my bit on the side"

wtf

"he was in terrible pain"

is this guy a doctor?

this beggars belief
