I know some people who don't drink any water!
Do you drink water? If not then why?

I have that concentrated stuff a lot. I don't usually drink just plain water.

During the summer i have 6 - 8+

I carry a bottle wit me everywhere.

I try to do this too.

Ill get through 1litre just at the gym if not more.

Yeah everyday I usually have a cup or a few cups of tea, usually a green tea and water. Don't drink much else on a daily basis. Well I did have a glass of lemonade tonight at za pub!

Milk > Water

Yeah, you can't beat it, especially in the summer. Coming home after a long hot day and downing a pint of freezing water is amazing :D

Yepp, glass of fresh cold water is nicee!
