Right thats it then lets get to the bottom of this - there is much talk of BB being edited this way or that. It always has been as they have always employed a "story editor". We see the machinations of the BB crew their lives pushed this way and that. The HGs are chosen ( the how not to.. prog gave a very distorted view of the process and in my mind was a mistake) to interact with each other like characters in a drama . Whether it works or not is the gamble they face - "fly on the wall " reality TV call it what you will - its nothing of the sort - its a show pure & simple . Don't like this ?? GET OVER IT or switch off.
This post is for the people who believe they are seeing something different - read all the posts on this board , some really believe the editing is underhand and they see the other side - no you can't, you see what C4 want you to see. I wouldn't be suprised ( and have said this before) that un broadcast diary room interviews may be more along the lines of "why don't you try this Sandy or do that instead Adele.

I agree that we only see what they want us to see, and yes I think that they are probably encouraged to be underhand in those unheard diary room chats, but like they say thats TV for you :dance:

in essence I do agree with you . the amount of sound dipping has tried to be explained. but with a little skillfull lip reading the sound needent have been dipped at all. C4 being the controling factor in the broadcasting content of both shows and, the live coverage on E4, are selecting pieces to show or to keep back. Initially i thought this to be a good idea, creating new footage to view on the Big Brother show, but having viewed the footage there are some moments that have just been ignored I.E Alex falling over in the bedroom drunk. God knows that this series so far hasnt been the most action packed so why would C4 ignore footage that was funny instead of just covering the bitching ? answer the show is being run by the psycologists, although the production team have stepped in after the threat of mutiny
