How to become tibb staff
 

Im currently trying to reach Gold status which means staff, but i seem to be having a few problems on how i actually do this? Do i have to be a member for a certain amount of time, do i have to be in with James or sleep with Vicky (joke) how do i become a member?

Im pretty sure you will have to be better known around TIBB to be a mod

and youve only just joined so give it a couple years

I like Vicky but we disagree on too much stuff for me to think shes the best mod. She has a different opinion than me so obv shes wrong
