how do u get them liite kind off banner things on??

you have to get over 500 posts i thing before you can get a banner check with admin

oh wel only 497 more to go :laugh:

So many people have 'em, it's actually more of a statement not to have one. That and I can't think of anything that would look good. Oh well!

See where your thingy says 'jacuzzi-tastic'? Well you can get it personalised after 500 posts.

I dunno, that's what scoobs is talking about, cos you don't need a specific number of posts to get an actual banner in your sig.

What scooby is talking about is member titles, anyone can have a banner in their siggy. Kaz makes them :thumbs:

So do we have to get a mod/admin to alter the Custom Status field, then?

I have no idea what you just said. I've never wanted to change anything I can't change myself, so I'm not really an expert.

LOL! Your 'thingy' is the Custom Status field. It's annoyed me greatly since I joined, but there doesn't seem to be any option to change it in the Control Panel.

Oh, right. In that case, yes, I *think* you need to ask for it to be changed.

I'd like the option to change it whenever I fancied, though. Otherwise, it's like having your mum wash your hands for you. I suppose someone could change theirs to Administrator or something, but it's not very likely.

It does seem a bit stupid, and it'd be annoying if the mods/admin took ages about it, when you could change it yourself in 30 seconds.
It's not so much that I want it done (I don't) but I don't want to have to *ask* someone to do it for me if I change my mind.

I'd rather it was just blank, I think.

I don't really care about it that much, TBH. It doesn't make much difference to me.

If I was a bleached-blonde, perma-tanned, giggling girly dressed head to toe in pink, then it would be fine. But I'm not.

Just let me know who or what you'd like in your banner and what you'd like it to say and I can make one for you. :thumbs:

Also, If anyone who has made 500 posts or over would like to choose their own User Status, just U2U myself or another Admin. or Mod. who's online at the time, or post a request in the 'Suggestions and Help' Forum, and we'll do this for you a.s.a.p. :spin2:
