I have noticed that every night an account is made with two capital letters at the beginning of the username. When I click on the account to view the profile, I do not have permission. This has happened for about the last 6 days.

Tonights account is WOnu.

It says about you may be trying to edit their profile and are not allowed.. but i am? lol..

The reason the no permission page shows is because the account doesnt exist, have a look on the member list for it. It may just be a temporary account created by the Vbulletin program itself, in order to self test, check or monitor usuage.

It could also be a temporary account created to allow full access to the site for search engines. Or an in built sub routine to map the site at certain times for search engines.

I am not sure if vbulletin deletes unactivated accounts after a set period, it could be the result of that as well.

It's a user account waiting approval. Probably a spammer.
