I was hoping for a picture of that lady with nine inch nails :(

I am a fully fledged Jim Thirlwell/Foetus fan who are often compared to NIN, but I never got got exposed to much of their stuff.

Shaun 15-03-2010 09:58 PM

Only have The Downward Spiral...do love The Hand That Feeds too.

The Downwards Spiral would be the one to start with, if your looking for an album reccomendation. It's far and away Trent's best work and remains one of the best industrial records ever made. Hell of a nihlistic concept album to boot.

Have you heard any Foetus/Wiseblood/Monorexia/Steroid Maximus at all Stu? I am just curious?

Absoloutely none .

I'm sorely in need of new material though, so I will definately check them out.

hennessy 15-03-2010 10:29 PM

Love NIN
and Ministry and Skinny Puppy
and also have Scraping Foetus Off the Wheel's

Beastie 15-03-2010 10:31 PM

I saw them at Leeds fest in summer 2007 and they were probs the best band live! I love listening to heavy metal bands live!!

LOVE Throbbing Gristle. Genesis P-Orridge was an absoloute nutter. Some of the things I have read about them live back in the day are insane.
