Little Amber Chadwick - better known to us as Coronation Street's Amy Barlow - has been replaced by a new child actress by the name of Elle Mulvaney.

Reports today have confirmed the news, and said a really good little actress was needed for Amy now that Tracy is returning and her role is stepped up.

I didn't realise she was to be the sixth reincarnation of Amy, however! To be honest, I'm quite glad this has happened. I've always found Amber to be a terribly shy little girl and never looked natural in front of the camera. Here's hoping little Elle will be a female version of Simon!

Amber was a shy girl indeed, however this new change should be good lol me thinks this time Amy will prove to be a nightmare learning from her mum;).
