I have a copy somewhere, but it is not an mpeg, it was a Real Player file.

I have PM'd James to see if he has it, but if you do not have broadband, you will tie your phone line up for a verryyy lonnggg time.

The only way you could get it would be on a CD ROM through the post, but then I would need a postal address, and some how giving that out even by PM, may be frowned upon.
