Small Question RE: Women's Clothing Sizes

It's my best friend's birthday soon and I've got something planned for her present but I need a blank, plain hoodie to begin with (I'm going to take up sewing/make my mum sew and do something creative and in-jokish between us) and I've got NO idea whatsoever what size to get.

All I know is she's a Size 8 - and as far as I'm aware hoodies come in Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large.

Now I'm certain this won't be Large or XL, and I have a feeling it would be S...but I need to know for certain. Like. I'd like it kinda baggy as normal hoodies are I guess, but not too baggy, and not too small obviously :p

So yeah, if you could help, that would be amazing.

I'm a size 8 and small always fits unless the shop only caters for people who consist of skin and bones. If she likes baggy stuff than go for a middle, but most small hoodies tend to be a bit baggy, just the right amount.

Small= 8-10 usually so I'd go for that

You can't sew a digital radio.

Go for small or medium if you want it baggy.

Small.

Medium will be way too big if she's just a wee size 8.

uk 12 = m
uk 14 & 16 = l

That would be good, some type of smart fabric that sound comes out of. Yes, make me two of those, one in grey and the other black, thanks LT.
