Errrrr no it doesnt, all times are taken from the host server, what it means is the page the system regards them as looking at was either opened or refreshed at those times. (although it may be converted to your local time if you dont fall into the time zone preset when installing the program, depending on your settings)This is quite a common occurence when Gallifreyans use an earth based site.
If you are open on a thread for example you will notice the page auto refreshes and inserts new posts to that thread, the time it last done that.
If they have multiple pages open this is taken to be the most recent refresh.
Now can one of them jump forward in time then come back to now and PM me tonights UK National Lottery numbers please.
