Strange email from a member who doesn't come on anymore?
 

I think his username is beany? i have just been sent this email from him it's really random.:conf:

Hope you get this on time,sorry I didn't inform you about my trip in Africa for a Program, I'm presently in Nigeria and am having some difficulties here because i don't have much time on the PC here,so i have to brief you my present situation which requires your urgent response actually, I had a trip to Lagos but unfortunately for me all my money got stolen. presently i have limited access to internet,I will like you to assist me with a loan of 1,550 Pounds to sort-out my hotel bills and to get myself back home.I have spoken to the embassy here but they are not responding to the matter effectively,I will appreciate whatever you can afford to assist me with,I'll Refund the money back to you as soon as i return,let me know if you can be of any help.I don't have a phone where i can be reached.Please let me know immediately.

hes blatently been hacked or hes doing a scam

Anyway, yeah, it sounds like a scam that has been forwarded automatically to me.

It's a big virus doing the rounds on loads of sites right now.

Adam is on Twitter @thebeanboy23 if you want to ask him,that sounds very strange.

Can you tell him princess i am locked out of twitter at the moment.

I didn't receive it, I worded that sentence badly :p

His account says he hasn't been on here since December. Just asked him on Twitter.

It is easy to put in a fake return address on e-mails.

Right now something dodgy is happening. And ist not April Fools because yesterday i recieved a text saying that my mate is having money problems so has moved country.
Weird considering I saw him from far away the day before and now Ive phoned him and he hasnt answered.

It won't be Adam sending it.
