So is she like...a media ***** or something? Because I find wrestling very confusing.

Like, some of it (if not all) is staged, right? So she's just acting in this stuff. I didn't understand the video - she was the manager of WWE?

I really don't get wrestling at all LOL

lol she is a 'general manager' on one of the WWE shows, basically a character, who everyone hates, so she gets tremendous hate from it, and the excuse me catchphrase is hilarious/grating on the ears

Vickie is the widow of an ex wrestler called Eddie Guerrero (died due to heart disease), she plays a baddie in the WWE who uses the excuse me catchphrase.. is like a consultant of one of the shows too but not a wrestler:p.
