how would you feel if your hospital lost your data ?

well if you have visited the royal free in london < its likely going to happen to you as i read that they are planning on doing this. i am sure we can all remember that this country can not even keep safe the infomation in this country let alone sending it miles away.

has anyone on big brother message board visited this hospital and how are they feeling?

the data is not free ok royal free

forget global warming,

or jobs that are on our door,

for cheapness and better productivity,

india is going to help us score.

the royal free hospital is game,

all of its patients information will have a trip,

don't worry all info is encrypted,

the possibility of it getting out should be zip.

and 5 years down the line,

when a sick individual publishes all this data on the net,

compensation claims will flow,

as patient confidentiality should never be up for let.

there is also identity theft,

providing the immigrants refuse the preferred government route,

now with a legal name and full entitlements,

they really are sitting cute.

i really can't understand this,

just like the loss of prisoners, driving licences, child benefits by the ones in power,

maybe labour need to go to the royal free,

because the loss of this red rose wont leave anyone sour.

Like you and many others - I don't like the idea of our personal information going overseas to countries like India! I remember seeing a documentary about how many people over there can get their hands on British customers' personal details and sell it for identity theft purposes.

It is bad enough with customer sevices such as gas and telephone being contracted out to these countries, for cost effective purposes, as I often find it difficult to understand the accents and find that it increases the problem of solving any problem I phoned up about in the first place - due to lack of effective communication. In fact, it is one reason why I left BT and went with another service provider!

I think it is very short-sighted of these companies because it doesn't bode well for good customer relations - as I know many people feel the same way!

Good subject matter - well done again Joe!
