I don't like Cameron, but he is absolutely right about managers in the NHS.

Notice how Brown is answering all of Cameron's attacks but none of Clegg's? This should be a reason for every Labour voter to vote for the Libs instead. Seriously, you have nothing to gain by voting Labour.
