Why should we be able to taste it? The ash cloud will be overflying the UK at between 6 and 11 kilometres, we may be above you on a map, in intellectual capacity and education standards, but mean sea level up here is the same as down there.

Incidentally your thread heading shows why people in Scotland want independence and hate the English. Scotland is part of Britain.

should be already closed, british airspace is official shut nothing is allowed up
