Nah, I never even heard of it until I watched Eastenders and Peggy had Union Jack Flags up all around the vic.

One, unlike the Welsh, Scots and Irish we are so self confident we don't need to celebrate a special day

Two, actually if we tried we would get into trouble and be labled as racists :sad:

Three) St George was not English and a better saint to celebrate should be St Cuthbert.
