The Start Date
 

When do you think we will get the announcement of the start date, i cant remember how long before it started in other years when we knew before hand.

I think last year we had the start date confirmed around May 11th for June 4th launch.

Usually when the eye flashes start I think

I think last years was early june.

Start date will be officially announced (and confirmed by C4) on either 19th or 26th May.

Which would indicate that the launch date is mid-June.

Is there proof of that?

Because if you didnt just make that up from the top of your head, it would mean the Launch Date wont be until Mid June and thats ages away.

I think it will be in the middle of next month (May) and then start on 30th of may.

So i'd say 20th of may.

I think maybe the 15th May at the latest if were going for a 30th May Launch.

And now someone at Inside Big Brother called "Not Jacob" who is "not an insider...I just have contacts" is claiming May 23rd as the start date.

Sunday 23rd May.. interesting!!!!!

Sunday 23rd May until Sunday 22nd August could be the start date and finish date?

Yeah i think it will, but to be honest i really dont think C4 care about the rating...TBH, cause this is the last series.

You never know, look what they did with CBB7.. Turned it into a success.

I think they may have decided that having BB run on into September isn't a success. May to August works better. There's BGT at the beginning and X Factor at the end so they can't shift the show around and avoid everything.

I've always liked it when BB Ran over my Birthday on the 24th August, I hope that can still happen this year.. even if it does begin on may they could extend the series as its the final one on C4.

So would the 30th.

I like the way it finishes in september, for the launch and first few weeks I'm still in school so I can chat to ym mates about it, and we go back just in time for the final!

It should be the longest series yet actually.. start on Sunday May 30th... end on Friday 3rd Sptember!! Would be 97 days long I think when the longest UK series so far has been 93/94 days? lol

I'd love 97 days, tbh I'd love it to be 100 days, just as a number, it'd be soo cooolll- 'Day 100!'
