Britain's Got Talent 2010: Spellbound gymnasts are hot new favourites
‘Acrobatic gymnast group’ Spellbound have been installed as new favourites to win Britain's Got Talent after a stunning performance left Simon Cowell singing their praises. The audience and judges gasped as they performed a series of gravity-defying moves. Simon Cowell, who is famously hard to impress, said of the act: ‘I have never seen anything like that in my life.’ ‘I thought that once again we were going to get some really boring gymnastics display but that was very clever, really, really smart.’ Judge Amanda Holden echoed Simon’s approval: ‘It was absolutely faultless. Some of the stuff that was going on I didn’t think was humanly possible.’ ‘Outstanding. Absolutely incredible, incredible.’ Pictures: All the action from Britain's Got Talent The audience were left buzzing after the show-stopping performance and even Piers – who recently claimed that he was better than most of the acts on this series of the talent show – was left impressed. ‘You had the whole theatre going crazy.’ The group of gymnasts, all aged between 12 and 24-years-old, walked off the stage with three yeses from the judging panel. They are now said to be one of the favourites to win the hit talent show. Metro |
They were incredible! I got goosebumps,if they get through,I'm going to bet on them.

They were amazing! And different too!
|
So far, they should win. We have yet to see a gymnastic act to win. Its been an opera singer and 2 dance acts to win so far.

I thought they were really good. They seemed quite well choreographed and some of the things they did were very original for me. Liked the human skipping rope.

Great, they were amazing, so talented.

And I'm sure the stand out act from next weeks show will be installed as favourites come Sunday too.
They were good, but I'm not convinced they'll win - even make it to the final. Also I think they might have problems when it comes to the TV show as even though they're having a new set, the stage won't be that big and the studio may not have quite the height their act needs to show it off. |
