No, that's not what I mean guys. An infraction is the act of committing a misdemeanor, how can you receive a misdemeanor? It just doesn't make sense.

I suppose it does provoke it, but it mainly leads up to you getting a ban by how many you get.

Not in terms of the forum, in terms of the word itself. The word infraction means misdemeanor, not punishment.
