Why do women insist on wearing short sleeves, or more specifically cap sleeves when they have flabby undefined arms?

Most women and girls have pretty rubbish arms as they are too fat and do not exercise enough.. so wear long sleeves ffs

The arms below are fine for capped sleeves - look and learn (click to expand)

toned arms do look real nice.

I dont mind tho i still think its fine..

Usually they are low cut to. so its all good.
