Exclude forums from "Today's Posts" and "New Posts"
As not all members are interested in the same areas of TiBB as everyone else, when you view Today's Posts or New Posts, it can often be cluttered with posts you have no interest in viewing.
It's now possible to 'exclude forums' from being displayed on those pages. You can still view the forums, and even post in them, but if you 'exclude' them, they won't appear in your Todays Posts and New Posts results page. So if you have no interest in the new football sub forum for instance, and don't want your Todays Posts full of football threads, you don't have to see them. To exclude forums, go to your profile and click edit options. Then scroll to the bottom and you will see a section called "Forums To Exclude From View". Simply click the ones you don't want to appear in your search results, and click save. Mark |

This doesn't appear to be working fully for me.
I've made my list, and it's excluding most of them, but there are half a dozen or so which won't seem to exclude. I've gone back and forth to the CP to try to re-add them to the list, but it's not happening. Any advice? |
