Nikki Grahame drops down to 5st 9lbs!!!
 

TORMENTED Big Brother star Nikki Grahame has starved herself to a shocking 5st 9lb over the past year.



She is so obsessed with keeping an eye on her calorie intake her weight has plummeted to the dangerous low.



Her size four figure is now so shrunken even her fake boobs have shrivelled away to nothing.



But she still punishes herself with constant gym sessions and on some days eats little more than a couple of slices of toast.



The secret confession comes just a year after Nikki, 28, wrote her auto-biography Dying To Be Thin.



In it, she revealed how she began suffering with anorexia when she was just eight.



She tried to kill herself twice because of the illness and hit her lowest point at 15 when she weighed a frail four stone.




After becoming a housemate in Big Brother 7, things were looking up for the star as she scoffed burgers and chips.

But her food obsession has again taken hold, driven by a painful break-up and her out-of-control Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.



Desperate Nikki, who had breast implants on the NHS when aged just 18, sobbed: “I started losing weight about a year ago.



“It’s been worse in the past few months. I hate it.


“My bones stick out, my boobs have changed shape and I look like a little girl. Nothing fits me any more. I’ve had to buy eight-year-old children’s clothes and even they hang off me.



“It’s all about controlling what goes into my body.


“I can’t eat out very often because I can’t control what’s in the food.



“If there’s visible oil, like on chips, I can’t eat it.


“I also have to keep the meal under 500 calories.”



The reality show babe also revealed how a “humiliating” photoshoot last week finally gave her the courage to speak out.



She was due to be photographed with the other girls from Big Brother 7 but because of her shrunken size none of the clothes would fit.



“I was stood next to all these gorgeous girls and the stylists had nothing that fitted me,” she said.



“I ended up wearing two pairs of tights and another pair of trousers underneath the ones I was meant to wear.



“I was just so embarrassed that I burst into tears.


“Everyone else looked so curvy and womanly – I want to look like that.”



She is now desperate to boost her flagging assets by scoffing her way back to her heaviest weight of around seven stone.



She added: “I know I look anorexic, but I’m nowhere near as bad as I was before.



“This time I feel in control and I actually want to put on weight.



“I need a nutritionist and I’m looking for a therapist too.”

Poor Nikki.. she needs a good Sunday roast up!! Usually she loses even more weight if a current relationship has suffered.. hope she gains the weight soon! otherwise.. she could be dead by the end of this year.. *ooo wonders where the death list 2010 thread is?*

No sympathy, I'm afraid - she must be about the most attention-seeking, self-absorbed creature on the planet! A bland, vacuous mess of a human being!

if she removed the chip on her shoulder she would be 1 stone 3 pounds

A bit harsh there. She has an illness and not many social skills.

i really hate to say this because i love nikki but does anybody else think if she doesnt get better and gets worse that she will die? its a horrible thought but i mean how is she still alive?

She's had years to sort herself out, i have sympathy to an extent but when someone has an illness and its been pointed out to them do they not think to sort it out? Also where are her family and friends and why have they done nothing?

I think BB probs messed her up more.

Oh yeah, was in the shop this morning looked at the Daily Star, Gordon Brown on the front page and then Nikki on the side saying..

She is sick. She has mental problems. She needs help and compassion. To that extent she is a mess, yes.

Just how many woman problems haunt your impoverished ego? Jesus christ.

I feel for her I really do. The amount of times I've thought about going that way is unreal. I hate to admit but I think if I was a celebrity I would actually go down that pathway. Its not attention seeking, its a disease. A horrible one at that.

I bet since she has become a celebrity it has become worse.. I bet there are a few stupid people who say she is fat and then she spirals off.. but I think she gets even more thin when a relationship has suffered.

Oh dear. I hope she gets some serious help. She's battled this before. I hope she can pull it back again

Saw a breif glipmpse of Nikki on live TV today. No way was she only 5st odd. Nor would she be allowed to take part in interviews if she were. Yes, she's fighting anorexia but yet again, the Daily Star talks Sh!t

Poor Nikki! I hope this story isn't completely true.

She doesn't look THAT bad, I have seen models significantly skinnier so I don't think she's near death by any means right now. But I hope she eats better.

Here book was really touching, she was lovely at the signing too, hope she gets to a safe weight again.
