I was thinking we needed a new thread for the final episode......:bawling::bawling:

Really looking forward to the finale. Although I know I will be let down by it in some way as all the questions aren't going to be answered.

i have most answers i want but im just so excited after watching "what they died for"

ah so excited!! I'm so proud to be able to say I was a part of the LOST phenomenon, at the time it was airing.

yeah its like people who go an about stuff from years ago......looking back at this its going to be one of the biggest tv show endings in history........we will be watching history on sunday!

I can't believe it's so close. gah I wish I didn't have to be up the next morning or else I'd stay up and watch live/download.

i wont be able not to watch it......im working all this weekend and i will definately be staying up, most likely hook pc up to my tv and watch in bed.......

im the same sarah but then i dont want it to be dragged out too long. i think 6 seasons is just perfect

Lindelof added that he wants fans to continue to discuss the show after the series has ended.

"I wish that we could say that the finale is going to be enormously definitive," he said. "We found that when we told people that we've got definitive answers coming, it's not as definitive as the fans want it to be, therefore there's this ongoing and vociferous debate about what things mean.

"All we can say is Lost is ending only once. There's only one finale. There's not a question mark at the end of the end. There's not a dot, dot, dot. This is our story and it's over. Hopefully there's going to be a lot of interpretation in its wake."

Staying off college on the monday so I can watch it then discuss it afterwards.

I don't want it to end but at the same time I kinda do so we can know everything..

Indeed, Lost is by far the best TV show in a long time.

I'm so glad about that, there was always the doubt that it actually would be the end and that they'd milk it for what it's worth. But at the same time it's sad, 6 years coming to a close :bawling:

Oh, and, the finale will be getting yet another 20 mins added on when the DVD is released because they wanted to show us more but couldn't.

tbh one of the things I'm most looking forward to about The End is it being over, so I can get the whole series boxset.
