U2U messages

Hi... I am getting in a muddle with the U2U messages. Must be doing something wrong!!

I reply to them and click submit changes. But the messages are still rated as being unread. I am not sure if or when my replies are being recieved. Could you advise please. regards. bananarama.:conf::conf:
