do you have to delet your avtar before trying to put on another one as i am having problems yet again changing my avttar?:mad:

Your avatar is changing, it is just that your browser is reloading the old one from its 'cache', where it stores pages and images you have previously seen - to speed up browsing.

The solution is: after you have selected the new avatar and clicked 'Edit Profile', to press the F5 key on your keyboard (or click the refresh button on your browser) when you are back to the Control Panel/Options page.

That way the new picture will be loaded into the browser's cache.

To change your cache settings to stop this happening go to Internet Options in the Tools menu of the browser, then select the General tab, then click Settings under Temporary Internet files. Then under 'Check for newer versions of stored pages' select 'Every visit to the page' and click OK.

I always change mine and nothing happed always happeds for me.
