50 Cent is starring in a new movie titled “Things Fall Apart” which required him to lose almost 60 pounds. In the movie, he plays a football player who has been diagnosed with cancer. It took nine weeks for 50 Cent to lose the weight which required a strict liquid diet and three hour a day treadmill run. A lot of actors gain/lose weight to play a part. And, with the right diet/training, they can gain/lose it a lot quicker. |

Saw this yesterday, quite disturbing and dangerous too to try and gain all the weight back after losing all them pounds so quickly.
