What day of the week were you born?

Find out here: http://www.fi.edu/time/Journey/OnceU...fweekbirth.htm

Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go,
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for its living,
But the child that's born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

I was born on a Wednesday. :L

Friday officially

However looking at that site and putting in a curveball date, I got it to give a wrong day

The dates I picked were, the 4th, 5th and 15th of October 1582 and the algorithm broke down

To see why, read this wonderful article

Biggest lie I have heard in my life, EVER! Remember what you said to smithy? Yah I thought so.

(Awaits bitchyness from smithy and claudia)

addendum - Looking further at the article it gets 02 September 1752 right, but with 14 September 1752 it fails

So how much confidence should you put in this routine?

I think everyone on this site can be 100% certain that the routine will work for them correctly, gven that no one is 257 or older (to take into account the changeover to the Gregorian calendar).

In fact depending on the way the routine looks at leap years in may not be accurate prior to 1900, but again I dont think there is a lot of members that this will affect.
