How exactly is her Career over just because she's dressed poorly?

Britney won't be going anywhere anytime soon. She had like three #1 singles last year.

I like her but I do think she should stop in the next couple of years.

She's not going anywhere, she's Britney Spears for god's sake!
And she's never had great fashion sense.. but that doesn't matter. At least she's real, what's so bad with the fact that she doesn't doll herself up 24/7 or doesn't have a personal stylist? And she's still gorgeous;

Yeah. Her career's over. That's why she had a sell out world tour last year, and three #1singles, a 2010 Grammy nomination, and has just placed #12 on the list of the Rolling Stone Top 40 Artists of all Time.

Anyway I doubt her career is over. As long as there is over zealous gays and impressionable teenagers with a general lack of appreciation for real music, there will be room for Britney.

That outfit is actually alright besides the uggs.
