Urgent - tickets not arrived

I ordered Leona Lewis tickets in Feburary for June 10th Birmingham LG Arena. And ticketmaster said they should arrive 7 days before the tour.

Its in 4 days and they haven't arrived :bawling:

My sister has emailed them today and no reply :(

Is this normall?

Has anyone else got there leona tickets?

Can you not phone them? Instead of emailing?

When you booked the tickets, you should've got a booking confirmation sent to you by email. If the tickets don't arrive, print off the booking confirmation and when you're at the arena show it to the person collecting the tickets and explain what happened. Don't worry, you'll be fine. Alternatively you can just call ticketmaster.

The ticket company are doing you a favour by saving you a day of your life.

Yeah Jess. I got them Leona tickets through the post today! You must have given them the wrong address.

They won't email back today, it's Sunday. They'll probably reply tomorrow or Tuesday. Just give 'em a call tomorrow.

When my Take That tickets didn't arrive I had to pick them up the day of the concert at the box office. Don't worry about it,you paid for the tickets,you have proof you did,you will get to go one way or the other.

Put it down to experience and thank your lucky stars for being let off a daunting and terrifying experience.

If you phone ticketmaster they will look up which courier or mail service was used and chase them up for you.

I wouldnt worry too much even if the tickets are lost in the mail, you have a contract with ticketmaster and they will ensure you are allowed into the concert, cacncelling the original tickets and arranging for you to pick up replacements at the concert venue.

Chances are you will have an answer to your email by then as well.

Always best to make sure though. I wouldnt panic until the day before though.

If its not the Arena Selling them
meaning a 2nd Official seller
then Yes it is normal.
