You are better off going onto the channel site and using the "contact us".

They may give you a personal email addy for a suitable contact or forward it themselves to someone to deal with.

Generally speaking a lot of press officers and other contacts tend to just delete unsolicited emails to personal emails without answering them unless of course its to their advantage to reply.
