20 seats, 13 housemates, 1 mole

The ''Dinner in the sky'' task is almost about to start. I noticed that there is 20 seats but only 13 housemates and a mole in the house?
Is there other people taking part?

Maybe chefs? But i doubt they would get one specially made for how many HMs they have.
