Does anyone know what it says i have tried rewinding on V+ but it isnt very precise

I know its probably nothing i am just curious ;P

Mystrios on the lock itself it says 'Hello Charlie.'
-The company who have made all the BB titles over the years, so it's probably just a subtle nod to their contributions :)
