For any of you who dont know what Im on about - Marcus Bentley is the Geordie narrator for BB and I have never ever seen him before until just then - his voice is SO cool!!:thumbs::spin2::thumbs:

That was the first time I've seen Marcus, he wasn't at all what I expected!!!!!!

I had in my head a picture of someone resembling Jonny, he was nothing like!!!

Lovely voice though, wouldn't it be great to have his voice on your phone! :hello:

He's not a Geordie, he's not even a Mackem, he's from Middlesborough.

At least he doesn't make a constant prat of himself like Sid Waddell, the darts commentator.

Marcus was on RI:SE this morning as well with Sophie.

He was saying that sometimes it's freaky to hear people doing impersenations of his voice while he's out and about!

Without his voice, BB just wouldn't be the same!!! :dance::dance:

I missed Marcus this week as I was working away since Tuesday and didn't have access to E4. I remember him last year though as he was on the Big Breakfast a few times. :thumbs:

Is this Marcus the narrator? Who says: "Who goes, you decide"? Who speaks with the same kind of accent as Jonny? I find the accent really funny, where do people speak like that? It reminds me of Dennis and Oz in "Auf Wiedersehen, Pet".

He does quite a few voice overs now in th is country. Lots of people have now taken to imitating his accent and things he says.

The people who speak like that Mervi are from Newcastle or the North Eastern area of England around the River Tyne.

They are often known as 'Geordies', and they are a canny lot, right enough!:wavey:
