1 hour for the highlights show is simply not enough
 
It kills me knowing that good TV has to get wiped so everything can fit into 1 hour. Sometimes they desperately have to chuck in an extra 10 minutes. =/

Or cut good bits out of the show to maintain good ratings. I'd prefer to have longer shows and worse ratings. Also, I can't see how longer shows would drive ratings down anyway.
