Yes he is lovely. He's a slow burner definately, he'll shine when the numbers dwindle :)

John is even more boring than him.

I think Nathan is normal, dowm to earth guy you would meet at the pub and think he will stay true to himself.

He may or may not be a good guy, but he isn't exactly lighting the show up. Indeed his peculiar lack of communication with some HMs and colonisation of the kitchen suggests someone who knows he isn't that interesting and he just wants to keep a low profile to keep in the show for a long time.

Its the first week.

People are finding their feet.

Lack of communication with others, yet they all seem to like him? k.
And as he stated in his VT, he loves to cook. It's something he enjoys doing, he clearly isn't doing it to keep a low profile, he wouldn't need to.
