Is Ben deliberately winding Sunshine up?
 

I'm sure, by now, that Ben has sussed that Sunshine is totally devoid of a sense of humour, yet still he continues to tease her. Yes, I know it's probably mean, and I shouldn't laugh, but the look on her face, like she's been slapped with a wet haddock every time he makes yet another unwise comment just cracks me up. :hugesmile:

Imo they are clashing because theyre both considered the most intelligent of the house.

I don't think she is devoid of a sense of humour. Actually I don't remember the last time Ben smiled myself, he doesn't seem to like tasks either.

It's not just jokes either, sometimes he snaps at her for something at that starts off an argument. Sunshine just asked who had wrote with some egg on the window and Ben just snapped at her saying she should never have asked that as if it was a terrible crime to ask.

Every small thing of course is exaggerated by the confined circumstances of the house. Mario is no friend to Sunshine though and Dave just seems to keep quiet at times. Corin is probably frightened of Ben the way she keeps out of it.

Ben reminds me of Derek from BB6. People seem to say he has class because of how he speaks, or they say he is witty....but he gets angry and confrontational with young women who are really just harmless.
