Indeed, though it did look dated, the one we have now looks best

It did need redecorating as the old gold & maroon flock wallpaper was from after the fire in 1987!!

But the wallpaper they replaced it with was vile & it mysteriously changed to a style very similar to the original one, without even being mentioned onscreen! :nono:

The new one made the pub look so depressing xD God knows what they were thinking, but the old one looked out of date, especially the seat covers xD

I like the current one (and it's small additions - the two new windows :p)

Oh yes, the tardis that is the Rovers Return! The new corridor past the loos that goes outside, the new windows & the new flat upstairs! Quite ridiculous, as the size of the interior before was impossible if you look at the exterior set... in reality the downstairs backroom & kitchen would be almost as far across Rosamund Street as the medical centre... Not even mentioning the toilets... :nono:

lol I think it's due to how the Rovers orginally looked, it was originally a lot bigger (though it was only shown being so big in episode 1's closing credits, from then on it was smaller)

This was how big it was upto 1986

Then 1986 onwards
