Usher recently stated that he is a "worldwide pop icon".
He's actually got a good point. I'm so sick of Pop artists being labelled "r&b" or "urban" simply because they're black.

Jay Sean = Pop Music.

Taio Cruz = First album, R&B, second album, pop.

Because Usher is a goldmine or musical knowledge and talent....Sh*t songs like OMG do more harm to music then anything he mentioned.

Him and his little *****buddy Bieber need to **** of the music industry.

OMG is a pop song aswell, but if you listen to his album 80% of it is R&B. Nowhere near as good as 8701 though.

Well tbh the drum beats of his songs are the same as every other r & b/rap song i've ever heard, with the typical "boom tsh" sound.

If he actually used more variation in the drumming, then he could be classed as pop.

Considering the banal lyrics to OMG I think he's got some nerve. This is bullsh*t these acts needs to climb out of their own ar*ses and concentrate a little more on the music.
