surprised i couldn't find a thread here in this section but oh well.

Bens task tomorrow right is to stand at the top of the stairs and do a stand up comedy act in front of the eviction crowd?

is he just gonna go back in afterwards?

i feel proper sorry for him already. we all know how it's gonna go. even if there aren't many boos, someones bound to shout something out and it'll upset him coz he is a sensitive guy.

i've been watching bb since bb5 and in all those years i haven't a thought a task was wrong, but this one could cross the mark. it's public humiliation (i know parts of bb are anyway but the nation are watching on a tv screen then and not right in front of him). it's just not nice. Ben is a nice guy, he doesn't deserve this. i'd say that about any of them, none of them deserve it. what does everyone else think? =/ is it a bit harsh? i think so...

And yeah he will be going back in, its a joke.

The other HMs AND Ben will think he is being evicted but he will return after the stand up gig.

He wont even be able to do it with the crowd been noisy and him been nervous. I expect its going to be very cringeworthy.

You don't just say 'I'm not doing it' when you are told to leave the house.

He will walk out, thinking hes being evicted, does his faily stand up act and walk back in.

I don't like it. Too cruel. Especially knowing he got booed on the way in so he's already nervous about the crowds.

Just asking too much of him. Plus having HMs interact with outside like that is just wrong.

The way I look at it. It is possibly the hardest task ever that has been engineered specifically for him as he was never going to pull off the TOT task. That asside If he attempts this and pulls it off, the lad will gain so much respect inside and outside the house that he will hopefully win the program. I want BB housemates to suffer and have to endure there worst nightmares and as yet I dont think I have ever seen any one housemate that will have to do something even remotely as cruel as this. Good luck ben and just remember you dont have to be any good cos Davina isnt either!

i agree its a stupid task but could backfire on BB if ben is hurt by the crowd's reaction he could gain a even bigger fanbase

The stand up sounds stupid but Ben and his HMs believing he's been evicted will be amazing. It's cruel, but so is the entire show. Can't wait now. :dance:

ben is a poor sport! he'll fail miserably at any task!

ben is a struggling to become a tv presenter, this will be a real challenge for him.

he said he likes to be at center of attention and likes to talk. now he has to prove what he is claimed to be!

Couldn't the joke be on him though?

Maybe he isn't expected to do the stand up thing, but BB are playing a prank on him, hence the 'Joke' theme.

Of course I could be wrong, but one does wonder.

It's another big promotion of him, he is one of Endemol's favourites.
