Just wondering, if Shabby was Black...
Would she have been out ages ago? I've noticed that instead of being disliked as she's such a scary should I say person. But it's like "she's a strong personality". That midget from last year was a Strong Personality, Charlie was, at least she stayed a while. This is just to name a few.
I'm not calling the voting public racist, I just want to know what you guys think of the matter, my prediction, you disagree ;) |
I don't understand what you're saying.
|
Hes saying if it was between Ife, Sunshine, Keeva and Shabby, Ife would be a gonner :joker:
|
I don't think it would make a difference... and even I think the voting public can be racist now and then.
|
I doubt it, because shes not having tantrums etc in a charley kind of way, with an "i think your better than me" bitchy attitude.
Many people don't like shabby, but obivously these people aren't voting, and then moan when shabby stays |
nothing to do with colour.
|
Hmm I dont think so, the whole "if she/he was black/white thing isnt really fair tbh.
Rachael was unlucky, she got booted out because she was fit, lets face it, and JJ was the "girls fave" they were swayed by him. However i remember Shabby being fave to be evicted that week, but Im glad she stayed in now as we wouldnt have had that massive tantrum :p Govan was evicted because he deserved it. He was black yes... but it doesnt mean anything at all, he was bitchy and a backstabber. You could say anything about anyone... If Steve was evicted its discrimination If keeva was evicted its going to be racist to Irish people If Ife is going to be evicted its because she's black If Ben was evicted its because he's posh Anybody would make an excuse for anything in there. Its the same last year: Evicted housemates, Benizer, Sophia, Cairon, Angel and Sree (first 5 evicted were either black or from a different country) doesnt mean the country is racist at all, just means that most of them were up against Freddie :p and we all know he was very popular. Kris was the first person that was British and white to be evicted. |
The OP makes a decent point. Syvia(BB9) didnt do as much wrong as Shabby but she was voted out and with a huge majority.
|
Is your rule only applying to Black woman?
|
Maybe the most bitchy and annoying people on this BB (govan and rachael) just happen to be coloured, its not racist. Govan was plaing horrible and irritating, and Rachael, I wouldn't even say she was a bitch, she was just boring, pretty, but dull
|
Why would someones colour make any difference? I don't think it ever has in the past...
Pretty girls, black or white, usually get voted out by jealous teenage girls as that demographic is who votes the most... Rachael showed just how evident that was... |

She was in the team that most of the public didnt like, "the bitch/whisper group". And tbh Mo got sympathy after beinng spat in the face by Dennis on Spitgate a few days before. Thing of the trail. Sylvia was mates with Dennis, Dennis spat in Mo's face, obviously people would evict the girl who is best mates with Dennis than evict the person being spat on. I think during that whole week, everyone even Sylvia group knew she would be going because especially after the race row and fight night, people do not take kindly to that stuff happening, and even her group, Stuart, Dale etc... were shocked when Dennis spat in Mo's face, watch the video. I think they all knew that Mo was defenitley safe after being spat on. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CK6AgOnU_9Y The SPIT See how Stuart and Bex just went into silence after the spit. There is no way Mo would get evicted over Sylvia after that. |

Even without Spitgate she was getting crucified on here and most of it was totally uncalled for. |
^ I cant even remember slyvia, so that shows how great she was... I remember dennis and mo

I can understand why people disagree with the OP. It's not nice what the OP is implying but I have to say, he/she has got a point. |

I don't think it is to do with skin colour but it sometimes does involve a certain area of black culture...i'm thinking of Alex, who was lets face it a nasty piece of work, but she was nasty in that sort of mouthy gansta/baby mama sort of way which kind of does involve her skin colour...so that could have brought up predjudice against a certain type of black, Victor was another one, although he was clearly a mummies boy at heart, the way he squared up to little emma waving a knife in her face could have triggered feelings about macho black gansta culture and knife crime. Charley was unpleasant but that was not really to do with any type of black culture, just a council estate bully. Science was a black supremacist and also quite irritiating in his own way. So i think skin colour does come into it at times with people of afro caribbean decent, but i don't think the public is racist as a whole. just my opinion. Shabby has her moods but she also communicates quite clearly and intelligently, maybe if she was a black who was using that aggressive and barely understandable language some of them use then yeah maybe that would have factored. Is it still racist if you hate a sub section of black culture? and does it matter? I just see what i see, no amount of political correctness or bleeding heart liberalism will change my opinion of what I think...memba i told you.

I think if a black person acted the way shabby did then they would be persieved differently and people would dislike her more. Shabby gets called like a sulker and throws tantrums and if a black person did that i personally think people would see it as "dangerous" stupid, but true.

The other bit highlighted is an incredibly narrow minded comment. HM's like Dale were also barely understandable but I dont recall anyone talking about barely understandable English people. |
Some people could start an argument in a n empty room, I think the OP is one of those people. Race isn't even an issue.
