If it wasn't about time/technical error, I'd say it's because they're sick of giving people good days.

No but it's not fair. Every housemate should be able to choose something after they leave. They could still give Ben a hellacious day, but then let Sunshine choose what she wants to do, and they make that for the next day or a day shortly following. SIMPLE! Fookin' 'ell...
